Group Therapy for Parents of Neurodiverse Children and Teens

With a focus on neurodiversity, we celebrate the unique challenges and strengths that come with parenting neurodiverse children. The group serves as a valuable resource, offering support and insights for navigating these complexities collaboratively. As we explore our emotions and interpersonal dynamics, we cultivate empathy and compassion, helping each other through both the calm and challenging moments of parenting.

Our group therapy sessions provide a safe and nurturing environment for parents to explore their personal narratives while connecting with others who share similar experiences. Through sharing and listening, participants gain insights into their own emotions and relational dynamics, validating their journeys and fostering self-reflection.

Guided by psychodynamic principles, the group emphasizes uncovering unconscious patterns and understanding how past experiences shape present behaviors. This process enhances self-awareness and personal growth, creating a strong sense of belonging and connection among members.
