Initial Consultation
No Fee- 30 min free session
Individual Therapy
$160 per 50-minute session
Couples Therapy
$190 per 50-minute session.
Supervision
$160 per 50-minute session.
Group Therapy
$80 per 90-minute session.
Limited sliding scale spots may be available for those experiencing financial difficulties which can be discussed at time of consultation.
I accept payment through e-transfer to carolyncaesar@protonmail.com prior to our session. A receipt with my registration number will be provided upon payment of the session.
Insurance Coverage
Psychotherapy provided by a Registered Psychotherapist is not covered by OHIP. It can be covered by some extended health benefit plans. Please speak with your insurance provider to see if you are eligible for reimbursement.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Your Privacy and Confidentiality are crucial to psychotherapy and helps to ensure that a safe environment is created. We are mandated to adhere to this expectation by the College of Regulated Psychotherapists of Ontario. Information can only be shared with your consent. It is important to note that by law, there are a limited number of circumstances where there are limits to confidentiality which are covered during the initial consultation. Some of these include risk of child abuse, intentions to seriously harm others or oneself, court orders or subpoenas to release information to a third party such as a lawyer. In terms of electronic communications, please note email and some means of digital communications are not a secure means of transmission.
Cancellation Policy
I ask that you please give me 24 hours notice, if you need to cancel your session. There is no charge if an appointment is cancelled or changed with more than 24 hours notice.
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice from the scheduled appointment time, you will be charged the full session fee.
Please note that insurance companies do not cover cancellation fees only sessions where therapy was given.
